Banking and billing data: credit or debit card number, banking institution, card expiration date, security code, expiration date, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), and billing details.

Your full name, address, and email address so that we may communicate the response to your request

A document verifying your identity (copy of your voter ID, passport, or any other official ID) and, if applicable, proof of your representative's authority

Any document or information that facilitates the location of your personal data

In the case of a request for rectification of personal data, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting your request

We will respond regarding the admissibility of your request within a maximum period of 30 business days from its receipt and, if admitted, you will have 30 business days to enforce the right you request. Access to your personal data will be considered granted when it is made available to you, regardless of the medium or format; or simple copies of your data will be provided, at the discretion of CORPORATIVO EM.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time.
